Fix-Kit provides browser-based utility tools including invoice generation, image resizing, data conversion, and related services. Tools are provided on a pay-per-use basis.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Since our tools provide instant digital deliverables, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your paid output, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
You agree not to use Fix-Kit to: generate fraudulent documents, process illegal content, attempt to exploit or hack the Service, or use automated bots to access the tools. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
You retain full ownership of any content you create using our tools. Fix-Kit claims no rights over your invoices, images, or data. The Fix-Kit brand, design, and code are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.
Fix-Kit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in generated documents, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tool use in question.
Documents generated by Fix-Kit (invoices, legal templates, etc.) are provided for convenience only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legal compliance of any documents you create and use.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
